01 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing or using the napa1 (https://napa1.win) platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between napa1 and the user.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. Should any discrepancy arise between this version and any other language version, the original version shall prevail.

Napa1 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Account Registration & Personal Information

To register on napa1, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be cancelled at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration will be used for future communications.
• A national ID card or other valid identification document may be requested for account verification.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, napa1 may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

03 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the napa1 platform. If anyone under 18 registers or places a bet, that account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

Use of napa1 is also prohibited in the following cases:

• Countries or regions where online betting is legally prohibited.
• Individuals who have declared themselves Self-Excluded.
• Those who bet on behalf of others or are part of a professional syndicate.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Napa1 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: Set limits vary depending on your account level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–30 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Payments will not be sent to third-party accounts.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on napa1. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, though the Cash Out feature may be used where applicable.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bet stakes will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, napa1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• For live betting, if a disconnection occurs, only bets that were successfully submitted will be considered valid.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Napa1 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. A wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• A user may not use the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Napa1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The value of the free bet will be deducted from any winnings made using it.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the napa1 platform. Breaching these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts in an attempt to guarantee profit.
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior toward napa1 staff.

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

Napa1 believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We want every user to play responsibly and enjoy it within their means.

• Where fraud or manipulation is suspected.
• Account verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a user wishes to close their own account.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned through the designated process, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a breach of these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

Napa1 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of password or account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Personal or financial harm resulting from uncontrolled betting.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government orders.

Napa1's total liability shall not exceed the current balance held in the user's account under any circumstances.

12 Policy Changes & Contact
